Administration Overview
The Admin module is accessible to users with Administrator or SuperAdmin roles. It provides tools for managing users, organizations, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
User Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| SuperAdmin | Full system access. Can manage administrators, organizations, and all interfaces. |
| Admin | Manage users, configure interfaces and sites, full operational control. |
| Manager | Configure infrastructure (stations, sensors, pipes). Run programs and manual operations. |
| User | Operational access: view dashboard, run manual operations, view reports. |
| View-Only | Read-only access to dashboard, map, and reports. Cannot modify settings or run operations. |
Managing Users
- Navigate to Admin > Manage Users.
- Click Add User to create a new account.
- Fill in the user details: name, email, and password.
- Assign a role from the dropdown.
- Assign the user to one or more interfaces.
- Click Save to create the account.
Interface Management
An interface represents a complete irrigation system installation. Each interface has its own set of sites, stations, controllers, and programs.
- Go to Admin > Interface.
- Select an existing interface or create a new one.
- Within an interface, manage sites and their locations.
- Use the Map Site feature to visually configure site boundaries and station positions.
Organization Management
Organizations group users and interfaces for multi-tenant deployments. SuperAdmins can create organizations under Admin > Organizations and assign users and staff to each.
